The Institute for Corporate Legal Training (ICLT) is established in 2023.  We are the first training institute of its kind to adopt the teaching philosophy “beyond knowledge”, which aims at providing corporate managers with comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in which their businesses operate and the skills to navigate through legal issues.

 

We value practicality. To save time and costs, ICLT offers both virtual and hybrid training courses with high practical value.  We only engage trainers who are experienced legal practitioners who are dedicated to create a learning environment that encourages managers to develop critical thinking, problem solving, communications and collaboration skills so that they will be able to make informed decisions in the face of legal challenges when carrying out their corporate or professional functions.

 

To achieve this, our trainers adopt a range of teaching methods such as workshops, forum, case studies, role plays, and stimulations. These methods allow managers to develop a deeper understanding of legal concepts and regulations to be applied in practical situations.
