Dispute Resolution
Accredited Mediation Training Programme

Accreditation will be sought from the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL) and the course is designed for those who want to become an accredited general mediator.  The 40-hour course covers all essential elements from dispute resolutions theories, mediation and communication techniques to the process model that complies with the Stage One requirement of HKMAAL.
